Our free NHS prescription delivery service is available to all patients, whether housebound or not. At CarePoint Pharmacy, we offer this service from both our Airdrie and Auchinleck branches to ensure every patient has access to their medication without needing to travel.
Once your prescription has been prepared, a member of our delivery team will bring it directly to your door. This helps avoid delays in treatment and ensures your health remains a priority.
Who Is Eligible for Delivery?
This service is available to all patients. There are no criteria excluding anyone from using our delivery service.

- Are housebound or shielding
- Have mobility issues or long-term health conditions
- Are a carer collecting on someone’s behalf

How It Works
Patients should order their repeat prescriptions through their GP surgery. Once your prescription is ready, it can be sent to CarePoint Pharmacy. If we’re authorised to collect your prescription, we’ll prepare it and arrange delivery.
Please note: we cannot provide specific delivery time slots due to the variable workload on each day.
